Monday we looked at recent events that have unfolded regarding the death of Usama bin Laden. In at least 3 sentences I want you to simply explain why this was such a big event in the U.S. and what you think this means going forward. Post by Monday May 9.
I think it is a big event in American history because he was public enemy #1 for a decade at least and was a man of evil. The devil always in someones heart. He played a major role in 9/11 so he ways going to be found eventually. This also proves that if America sets a goal it happens. He was not a Muslim he was a Massacre of thousands of innocent people. If i where a Muslim i would be Ashmed such a evil person had the right to call himself a Muslim. I am surprised he hid in a place like a mansion with huge walls surrounding it in a little village thirty miles from the capital of Pakistan.

I think this is a big event because he was pubic enmey #1. And because many americans are very happy that he is dead. Also because he is responsible for many death.

I think this is a big event in the U.S. because Usama Bin Laden was the person who set up the nine eleven crashing of the twin towers. He also led a terrorist group, too. Now that Usama is dead, there will still be more terrorist groups, but Usama's death will more than likely weaken the terrorist threat.

This is a very big event of my opinion because it proved that the USA can find and terminate terrorists. George Bush pledged that Bin Laden will be found. It also weakens the brains of that evil group Alkida. This was not just a big event it was history.
